43-2
is a 1987 Pierce Dash, which carries 6 firefighters.
43-2 has a 500 gallon tank with a 1250 G.P.M. pump. It carries
2400’ of 4” supply line al well as (2) 200’
1 ¾” attack lines, (1) 200’ 2 ½”
attack line, and 200’ of 1” trash line on the front
bumper. It is first due on all trash, brush, and vehicle fires.

Squrt 43 is a 1996 Pierce Saber 8 man cab,
with a 54’ articulating boom. It has a 500 gallon tank
with a 1500 G.P.M. pump. It carries 2000’ of 4”
supply line, (2) 200’ 1 ¾” attack lines,
(1) 200’ 2 ½” attack line, and 200’
of 1” trash line on the front bumper. Squrt 43 has numerous
hand tools as well as a gas ventilation fan and an electric
smoke ejector. Squrt 43 is first due on all calls involving
a structure in our local. |

43-5 is
a 1984 Pierce Arrow 75’ aerial ladder with a pre-piped
waterway. 43-5 has a 300 gallon tank with a 1250 G.P.M. pump.
It carries 1000’ of 4” supply line, (2) 200’
1 ¾” attack lines, (1) 200’ 2 ½”
attack line (not pre-connected), and 200’ of 1” trash
line on the front bumper. 43-5 carries a compliment of forcible
entry tools, two gas powered ventilation saws, salvage equipment,
two gas powered ventilation fans, and one electric fan. 43-5
carries 6 firefighters and is second due on structure calls
in our local, and first due in most areas for mutual aid. |

43-6 is a 1991 Pierce Lance Rescue. It is a walk through box and has an 8 man cab. The truck as dual side extrication tools. The driver’s side has both an Electric power unit and a Gasoline power unit. These units power a Hurst Transformer Rescue tool and 60”, 30” and 20” rams. The Officer’s side has a Simo Hydraulic power unit which powers a Maverick Tool, an ‘O’ Cutter and 60”, 30”, and 20” rams. The truck has a Cascade System and a light tower and a 12,000 lb Ramsey winch. There is assorted cribbing, 4 High-Lift Jacks and 2 Junk Yard Dogs used for stabilization. On the Officer’s side, there are 12”, 17”, 22”, 32”, and 35” Air Bags. 43-6 is the set up for both R.I.T. and water rescue. The truck is equipped for two 5 man R.I.T. with harnesses, personal search ropes, portable radios and hand lights and has basic water rescue equipment such as throw bags and personal flotation devices for the crew. 43-6 is first out on all vehicle accidents, ambulance assists, and RIT calls. |

43-6A is
a 1993 F-250 utility body that serves as our R.I.T. Truck.
It I set up with potable radios, personal lights, personal
rope bags, and personal harnesses for each member on the team.
43-6A also has assorted rope bags and hand tools, a gas and
an electric saw, gas powered hydraulic pump with a combo tool
and an “o”
cutter, (2) one thousand watt portable generators with attached
500 watt light heads. The truck also carries (1) 24’ extension
ladder and (2) 14’ straight ladders. 43-6A is first due
on all R.I.T. calls and responds with 43-6. |

43-7
is a 1992 Ford First Response Ambulance, which carries a full
compliment of B.L.S. equipment. It also provides rehab for firefighters
on fire scenes. It is first due in Holmes and Folsom (along
with 49-7) for all B.L.S. calls. |

43-8 is
a 1990 Dodge Ramcharger, which is used as our Chief’s
vehicle. It carries various forcible entry tools, as well as
an SCBA, handlite, and fire extinguisher. It is also used to
carry extra fire fighters to the fire scene. |
